The world’s most famous Super Bowl Twitter date couple are back together.
Canadian tennis star Genie Bouchard, who made good on a promise to go on a date with some random dude on Twitter over a Super Bowl bet last February, posted a photo of the two on her social media accounts.
“Look who came to visit me!” Bouchard posted Wednesday as she shared a picture with the lucky Patriots fan John Goehrke.
The two attended a Nets game together in Brooklyn last February after Bouchard got burned by the biggest comeback in Super Bowl history.

In case you forgot the details, Goehrke – @punslayintwoods on Twitter, and a student at the University of Missouri – responsed to Bouchard’s “I knew Atlanta would win btw” tweet during the big game on Feb. 5 with “if patriots win we go on a date?”
Bouchard was right to feel cocky as the Falcons were leading by 25 points at the time.
“Sure,” she responded.
You know what happens next. Patriots quarterback Tom Brady engineered the greatest comeback in Super Bowl history as the Patriots rallied to win in overtime – and Goehrke got his date.

He told Fox Sports that the tennis ace passed along her agent’s contact information after the game and the two then planned the Barclays Center date.
Bouchard, 23, who also made her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue debut last season, ended the season ranked a disappointing No. 82 in the world.
“This year has really been probably my worst year since I’ve been on tour as a professional,” she told the Montreal Gazette last month. “So I was really disappointed in myself.”
She was ranked as high as No. 5 in the world in 2014 when she reached her first Grand Slam final at Wimbledon.
