Lisa Marie Presley’s children are in the care of child protective services amid claims that her ex Michael Lockwood harbored hundreds of inappropriate photos of children.

The details emerged in court documents that Presley, 49, filed earlier this week requesting Lockwood be denied spousal support on the account he had “hundreds of inappropriate photos of children and is facing allegations of sexual abuse and neglect,” according to the documents obtained by E! News.

According to the documents, Lockwood has not been convicted of a crime in relation to possessing the photos, but lawyers argue just the fact they existed caused mental and emotional harm to Presley, the only daughter of Elvis.

“When I discovered the photos on [LOCKWOOD’S]computer, and viewed the videos, I was shocked and horrified and sick to my stomach,” she wrote in the documents. “I had no idea that [HE]had taken those photos. I will refrain from describing the photographs in detail out of respect for the privacy of my family.”

“I have no idea what else may be on those devices and fear that there are more and worse images and evidence in these unanalyzed devices,” Presley continued.

The Beverly Hills Police Department was notified of allegedly child abuse involving the family back in June 2016, the department told ET in a statement.

“It was then determined the allegations stemmed from activity originating in the state of Tennessee,”
