Disturbing 911 calls released from killer father, wounded mother in Illinois family murder-suicide

In one 911 call, disturbed dad Randall Coffland matter-of-factly tells a dispatcher, I just shot and killed my two kids, and I shot my wife, and Im going to shoot myself. He screams, I want you to live and suffer like I did.

In another call, his wife Anjum Coffland and cannot stop from screaming in horror from what she just saw.

The disturbing 911 calls, released days after the Illinois father killed his teen daughters and himself, show two sides of a suburban murder-suicide that left a wounded mother unable to piece together the horror in her home.

Police put out audio from the calls on Sunday, two days after Randall Coffland, 48, committed the massacre in his familys St. Charles house. He and his wife had been living apart, police said, and officers came to Anjums apartment just last month for a non-violent domestic situation.

In Randalls call, he immediately informs the dispatcher of the blood he just spilled, with only a slight hint of distress in his voice. He recites his address when the dispatcher asks, and then tells him, Im going to kill myself now, too. He then disappears from the line.

Before the dispatcher picks up, Randall is heard yelling to someone in the house, I want you to live and suffer like I did.

Police said Randall executed his 16-year-old daughters, Tiffany and Brittany, and then shot his wife in the legs ensuring she would live to suffer her losses before turning the gun on himself.

Anjums call captures the panicked aftermath right after the deaths. She breathes heavily and says, Oh my God, my husband just shot my kids.

When a dispatcher asks for her address, Anjum screams, Oh my God! Oh my God! and begins hyperventilating.

She says she doesnt know where her gun-toting husband went, and tells the dispatcher, Im going into shock and Ive lost a lot of blood. Throughout the eight minute call she repeatedly screams, My kids are dead!

Police also released a call from a woman who found Anjum in a pool of blood, near the bodies of her daughters. The woman is heard assuring Anjum, Stay still, stay as still as you can, just breathe.

Police have not revealed a motive for the murder-suicide.
