Imagine what he will embark upon in 2021.

Thats the message on a new website set up by Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams who many imagine will run for mayor in 2021.

And the candidate himself made clear to the Daily News hes eyeing the top job at City Hall.

Throughout the years I have continuously stated that I’d be privileged to bring that service to City Hall as mayor, Adams said in a statement. While some may have played coy about their ambitions, I’ve been upfront for a long time. I believe that’s what New Yorkers respect and deserve.”

But his website keeps it just a little bit coy not naming an office for his 2021 bid, though hinting heavily at it. The site recounts his experience as a police captain, a spokesman for 100 Blacks in Law Enforcement Who Care, a state senator and borough president.

In 2021, the website says, Eric is ready to service this city that he loves in a major way.

From my first days as a police officer, I’ve been clear about my commitment to protect and serve the city I love, Adams said. New Yorkers have entrusted me with that honor for more than three decades, and I will continue to reaffirm that trust as leader of our largest borough.

Adams has also registered a campaign committee for 2021 with the state, as have several other city elected officials thought to be eyeing a mayoral run.

And friends of his have already started seeking donations one recently sent a text to a bunch of people saying Adams would be an excellent person to lead NYC after Mayor de Blasio, and asking them to visit the new site and donate to help support him in his effort to become the 2nd black mayor of this great city!

Adams has indeed been less coy than some of his colleagues saying as early as 2015 that he intended to run for mayor in 2021.
